Fabulous Friday the 13th this year!

Worked til noon and got a little Botox, had a pedicure, hits Whole Foods and then partied with really old (longtime) friends! Really a great party for one of my best girlfriends graduation from nursing school! Way to go Kimberly!

She already landed her dream position in the E.R. at St. Johns!

The kids had a creative moment with sidewalk chalk on the driveway!

Seriously addictive and healthy ….. not a combo I have been fortunate to stumble upon often.

Grinding your own Peanut Butter….you literally just push a button… It’s a Whole Foods staple for us…. so yummy and so healthy…. now, I DO choose the one that is slightly (my word) honey roasted… but what’s a little sugar between friends. They have regular and honey roasted and then almond and cashew…. delicious.

Really good with apples or whatever… but it’s not got any of the processed junk that regular old peanut butter comes with…. I can’t remember exactly but I think it’s about $3 a pound or something like that…. so, affordable, healthy, and delicious…. is my name Oprah???  Sadly, no… but your welcome… this is for sure, one of my favorite things.

I think to myself sometimes… do people even care about what my view of the world is… and truthfully… often probably not! But as I go through my day… I kind of think of things differently and wonder if you readers would be interested.. and somedays there are cool things and sometimes not…. SO, I guess it makes me feel better to think that if you don’t like reading something I have said or seeing the P.O.D….. then you can just skip over it…

That was a bit of therapy at work… LOL…. just talking out feelings…

So I have found this drink that I’m kind of obsessed with figuring out. It’s at Whole Foods and is delicious… but strange and a little “buzz” inducing…. I swear! It’s supposedly fermented “mushroom”… but tastes like Cranberry and Sprite mixed together… yummy!  My friend MC told me about it and she kind of giggled when she mentioned it… didn’t tell me about the buzzy feeling… literally, I was thirsty when I drank it and so drank it rather quickly… Weird, but I felt a little tipsy! Fermenting has a way of doing that ya know….

Check it out! The yucky looking stuff in the bottom is the mushroom thingy…. I dunno…. but it’s good and supposed to be good for  you! If I turn up dead soon… blame the “Kombucha”!!!!!
